This page explains what this website collects, what happens to it, and what it doesn't do.

What you send us

Our consultation form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, and a short description of your matter. Our chat asks similar questions: the kind of matter, a few words about it, where it is, who it's for, your name, phone number, an optional email address, and when to call you back. You choose what to tell us, and you can always call instead.

When you submit the form or the chat, your answers are emailed to our office. The website itself doesn't keep a copy. Contacting us doesn't create an attorney-client relationship, so please don't send confidential details this way.

Who sees it

Your request is read by our attorneys and staff so we can respond to you. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing. We keep it for as long as we need it to respond to you and to meet our professional obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use analytics to understand how people use this website: which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and what kind of device and browser they used. It tells us about visits in general, not who you are, and we don't sell it or use it for advertising. This website doesn't set cookies of its own. If you use the site search, your last search is remembered in your browser tab so you can return to your results. It never leaves your device, and it's cleared when you close the tab.

Services we rely on

Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider, which handles your IP address to send you its pages. When you start our form or open the chat, a spam-prevention service checks that you're a person rather than an automated program. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and loads only when you scroll to it. Google may set its own cookies when it does, under Google's privacy policy.
